1. These rates are based on single occupant per room.

2. Payment at check-in unless otherwise arranged prior to arrival.

3. We do not accept credit card or debit card at this time.

4. GST (6%) is applied to all rates * except Long Term over 60 days

One (or First) night only	$50.00
Short Term (after first night)	$35.00/day
Medium Term	$235.00/week
Long Term (one month)	$895.00/month
Long Term (2 or more months)	$800.00/month *
Corporate and Group Rates	Negotiable
Second Occupant Maximum – 2 adults per room **	$25.00/day
